In this uncertain time, we want to remind everyone that we at Education Opens Doors have a steadfast commitment to our community, partners, educators and the students we serve. We are grounded in the shared social responsibility that we all have at this unprecedented time. This includes the health and well-being of our staff and their families, along with you: the supporters and educators who partner with us to implement the Education Opens Doors Program. At this time, our offices will be closed indefinitely, and we will be continuing to provide updates as the situation changes. Our staff has transitioned to working remotely, but we want to reassure you that we are still working, still holding our unwavering commitment to our schools and our community.

We recognize that with indefinite closures of the school districts with whom we partner, we will need to pivot to better meet the current needs. Our commitment is to be a resource to our partners in the ways that will add the most value to them as they navigate these uncharted times. As of now, online student learning and engagement is the new temporary norm. We are rapidly working to build a strategy to support distance learning for our Education Opens Doors Program. In addition, we are prioritizing being available to support our partners and educators however we can as their students are learning from afar in the coming days and weeks. 

We will continue to provide updates as the landscape shifts, but our work continues. We believe that we have the capacity to come together and find a way through this crisis.
