Education is Freedom (EIF) is proud to announce the acquisition of the proven, highly regarded Education Opens Doors (EOD) middle school curriculum. This valuable addition will enhance our impact and ability to provide students with the support they need from middle school through high school graduation.
For over 22 years, EIF has been committed to providing high school students across Dallas County access to higher education advisors. As we expand to reach students earlier in their educational journey, we aim to equip middle school students with the tools and knowledge to pursue their dreams.
To facilitate a seamless transition, we have worked with the EOD founder, Jayda Batchelder, and Dallas ISD to ensure that EOD’s career exploration courses, which are already taught to every Dallas ISD 7th grader, will continue uninterrupted.
We are committed to continuing EOD’s inspiring work, understanding students’ talents, passions, and dreams begin to take shape well before high school. We hope you will continue to support EOD’s mission through EIF’s expanded services, join our family of investors, volunteers and supporters.
